I Made An Order, But I Didn't Get An Email Confirmation Code or Shipping Update in my Inbox, what should i do?

If you have a Gmail account, please check your "promotions, "social", and "spam" folders for our confirmation and follow-up emails, Gmail will often accidentally filter these emails into different folders. If you can not find it in these folders,  simply use the search feature on your gmail and search "Star Kidz Clothing"

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

How long does shipping take? 

  • USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 1-4 days after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info.  Delivery takes 1-3 weeks after item ships.  Depending on the product ordered, number of items, time of the year, and location of the buyer. But our packages almost always arrive between 1-2 weeks.
  • International orders:  Items will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase.  Items will deliver in 1-4 weeks.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. 

We  DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

How much is the shipping cost?

  • USA Orders - Under $20 is $9.25/ Over $20+ is free shipping 
  • International Orders- Orders less than $20 cost $20 for shipping, orders over $20 are free.

 I ordered Multiple products and only some showed up! What happened?

   Do not worry if you make an multiple item order and only some products show up, please be patient, often with multiple item orders we will ship the products separately, and thus they will arrive at different times, but within the same week. Each item in the order will have its own tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns about your order you can email us at star.kidz.clothing@protonmail.com 

    How can I track my order?  
    • Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships + with a tracking number when it becomes available from our manufacturers.

      What is your return policy?

      • We FIRMLY stand behind our products.  Please see refund/returns page for specific details.

        Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

        • If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at Star.Kidz.Clothing@protonmail.com and we will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been shipped, you will not be able to exchange them. 

        Can I pay in my own currency?

        • All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.  You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.

        How secure is my personal information?

        Star Kidz Clothing adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

        Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
