Refunds/Returns Policy

We do not give refunds for items that are in transit, please be patient when ordering and waiting for your shipment.

You Can Track Your Order With Your Tracking Number at The Following Link, Please Be Patient With All Orders, As Some Items Are In High Demand. 


Items that are on sale and/or discounted are not eligible for full or partial refunds for any reason.

If you would like to return your items(within 30 days from the date of purchase) you may do so if eligible for a full refund.  The customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original unopened packaging. We have the right to deny any returns that do not comply with our return policy.

*Certain items are not eligible for a refund for hygienic reasons.  Please see the following: Swimwear, binkys, plush animals, headbands, socks.

After your refunded order has been received after shipping, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.
